This six week programme gives you the chance to step outside the busyness of everyday life and focus on you and your well-being; take time to ‘just be’; to relax and enjoy learning new ways of looking after you. Over the six weeks we will meditate, learn mindful practices and use Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), all of which can be used in daily life so you can keep on looking after you.

This six week course is only £60.00 for 6 sessions (£30 deposit when booking). Places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.
First session starts Wednesday April 24th and runs every week until May 29th 2019 at The Sheffield Wellness Centre 635a Abbeydale Road, Sheffield, S7 1TB from 7:00pm – 8:30pm.
